Applications Scientist, Long Read Sequencing Technology

The Applications Scientist serves as a technical resource for customers, marketing, field sales, and R&D scientists to ensure Swift’s success in the next-generation sequencing (NGS) market. The primary responsibility of this role is to champion the adoption of Swift’s applications on Pacific Biosciences (PacBio) platforms, and to develop and continuously improve technical content and commercial processes to ensure that Swift’s library preparation products exceed expectations.

Applications Scientist, NGS Data Analysis

The NGS Analysis Applications Scientist serves as a bioinformatics technical resource for customers, product marketing, field sales, and R&D scientists to ensure Swift’s success in the next-generation sequencing (NGS) market. The primary responsibility of this role is to consult with customers to influence key decisions on technology and product choices, troubleshoot NGS data generated from Swift products and develop educational resources to accelerate the adoption, analysis, and interpretation of data generated from Swift’s products.
