Library prep incorporating novel, patent-pending technology that enables users to produce libraries from as little as 10 pg of input with PCR and PCR-free libraries from just 10 ng. The Accel-NGS 2S Plus and PCR-Free DNA Library Kits offer exceptional quality and evenness of coverage and are ideally suited for clinical samples, such as FFPE, plasma, and cell-free DNA. These kits are also compatible with amplicons and the leading hybridization capture products for exome and targeted enrichment.
Developed for samples containing degraded or single stranded DNA, the 1S technology does not require inputs of intact double-stranded DNA. Users can produce high quality DNA libraries from as little as 10 pg with PCR. This kit is ideal for single-stranded genomes such as viral, degraded samples, such as FFPE; RNA samples post 1st strand synthesis; and fragmented samples, such as ChIP-Seq.
Utilizing a highly efficient adapter attachment chemistry compatible with single-stranded, bisulfite-converted DNA, users maximize DNA recovery through post-bisulfite library preparation. This process eliminates up to 95% library loss found in workflows with bisulfite treatment after library construction. The Accel-NGS Methyl-Seq Library Kit maximizes DNA recovery of bisulfite-converted samples and constructs libraries that accurately represent sample base composition.
Amplicon technology based on unique molecular biology provides powerful solutions for detecting and screening clinically-relevant mutations. Accel-Amplicon Panels are comprised of 10’s to 100’s of primer pairs in a single-tube format which are optimized for sequencing on Illumina platforms. Primer pairs in the panels are designed for compatibility with the short DNA fragments from both FFPE and circulating cell-free DNA samples. A fast and easy single-tube workflow produces the best-in-class performance for on-target percentage and coverage uniformity, enabling variant discovery and confirmation.
Using this kit, NGS users can produce PCR-free libraries with as little as 5 ng of input DNA. Unlike other kits on the market, novel Swift technology utilized in the Accel-NGS DNA Library Kit for Ion Torrent does not require intact double-stranded DNA, making it compatible with damaged samples and single-stranded DNA for DNA sequencing.
